Use Task Manager
Open Task Manager, choose Performance, and select GPU to see the graphics adapter Windows reports.
Use a local report
The ShowMeIP PC detector lists detected graphics adapters, driver details, and display information when Windows exposes them.
Laptop warning
A laptop may include both integrated graphics and a dedicated GPU. The exact laptop power configuration also matters.
